We can book vocalists for your songs if needed, but their fees are not included in the packages listed below. You can listen to vocal samples on our SAMPLES page. Vocalist fees generally run from $150-$250 per song for leads and harmonies.
In some packages, up to 3 hours of studio time for vocals and mixing is included. Studio time that goes beyond the amount listed below is $100 per hour.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due when you book your songs, and the remaining balance is due on the first day of recording.
Premier Recording Packages For Single Songs:
The Premier Recording packages include the following:
6 World-Class Musicians: Acoustic Guitar/Banjo, Electric Guitar, Bass, Drums, Keyboards, and Steel/Dobro. This is a tracking spot for a single song with the band on a session shared with other writers.
ALL of our songs are radio-ready quality!
Songs recorded with the ‘Premier’ packages are eligible for Evening With A Publisher.

Premier Demo - One Song – $725
We recommend this option if you want to pitch your song to a publisher or artist. Up to 30 minutes with the band. Also good for songwriters and artists working on a budget.
Includes up to 3 hours of additional studio time (after tracking with the musicians) for vocals and mixing, and an email with full quality WAV file mixes. Stems, audio files, and Pro Tools sessions available on request.
Premier Demo 60 - One Song - $1300
We recommend this option if you want to release your song on YouTube or Spotify, etc. You get up to 60 minutes with the band, which gives the musicians more time to develop hooks and parts as well as add more layers. It also allows more time for the client to listen back to their song and change things. A true ‘record’ experience.
Includes up to 6 hours of studio time (after tracking with the musicians) for vocals and mixing, and an email with full quality WAV file mixes. Stems, audio files, and Pro Tools sessions available on request.
Work For Hires - Add $150 per song (must be requested before tracking)
Add signed work-for-hire forms, which allows for unlimited sales.
Vocalists also charge more if you will be using one of our singers and need them to sign work-for-hire forms. Clients may not use the name or likeness of performers who sign work for hire forms.
You can get work for hires from previously recorded songs for $250 per song (plus vocalist if needed).

Demo Session Package - $3,600 (The 'Demo' is intended for pitching/promotion)
Master Session Package - $4,400 (The 'Master' includes signed work-for-hire forms and allows for unlimited sales)
The Premier Full Session Packages include:
One 3-Hour Recording Session with 6 World-Class Musicians on a tracking session that is NOT shared with other writers or artists.
Up to 15 hours of Studio Time included for vocals and mixing. Additional studio time, if needed, is $100 per hour (including engineer).
Songs recorded with either of these ‘Premier’ packages are eligible for Evening With A Publisher.
Premier Demo Track and Transfer - Single Song (no studio time for vocals/mixing included)
$650 - Song transferred to WAV files. This option is for when you are recording the vocals and mixing elsewhere.
Premier Master Track and Transfer - Single Song (no studio time for vocals/mixing included)
$800 - Song transferred to WAV files. Signed musician Work For Hire forms included.
Standard Demo

Extra Instruments for single songs- $200– Add any of these additional instruments: Fiddle, Mandolin, Dobro, Strings (Keyboard), Piano, Electric Piano, Acoustic Guitar, Electric Guitar, Banjo, Classical Guitar, 12-String Guitar, Saxophone, Harmonica.
Arranging – $225 per song – Up to 1.5 hour pre-production call ($100 per hour beyond that) - Chord Arrangement Help. If you send a tape with singing only (without a musical instrument) or if you otherwise need chord arrangement help.
Studio Time – $100 per hour – The cost for studio time includes the engineer. (If needed beyond included time).
